Zebras on the Plains

Our new Hands on Art year got of to an amazing, black and white start with 'Zebras on the Plains' presented by local artist (and Tulita parent) Jake Tedesco!

Docents created black and white zebras using white pencil on black paper.

We were all treated to a wonderful brunch, beautifully prepared and presented by the Alta Vista team.

Vendor Yavanna Baird offered her delicate jewelry collection, Artist Tree Jewels, of which she generously donates a percentage of her sales to Hands on Art.

Tickets went on sale for our fall fundraiser.  Save the date - Friday November 14!  If you didn't get your tickets at the workshop, or would like more tickets, get them online from our website HERE!

Feel free to post your own photos on our Facebook page.  We look forward to seeing the zebras popping up around the schools and community.

See you all in November.
